Engaging children in creative pursuit builds and enhances their vivid imagination. Teachers use a spread of tools and techniques like painting, dabbing, cutting, sticking, to name a few to strategically integrate constructive & creative activities giving a freedom of expression. It builds a sense of pride among the young ones while they display their aesthetic piece of art.
Music is an integral part of the curriculum at Balvatika. Very early in life, children start to identify rhythm and even move to the beats of music. Our morning starts with music and rhymes and this helps our children to identify sound patterns and learn through repetition. Just as music can soothe a child, it can also lift their spirit.
The ability to understand and use of technology is no longer an optional skill. For the younger generation, computers and digital technology are their natural environment. Computer Sessions in our curriculum is an aim to expand their creative growth & artistic skills with an increased score on language development among our children. Each and every child gets an access to computers during the computer class. The computer teacher designs & customizes interesting age appropriate games to reinforce concepts done in class. At Balvatika our children enjoy each game along with the teacher guiding them on each step.
A school library facilitates diverse life skills, thereby enhancing personal development in young children. It promotes curiosity, innovation, and critical thinking. Libraries inculcate desirable study habits in students. A library is truly integral to the teaching and learning processes.
